DIVERSITY and INCLUSIVITY
We are deeply committed to creating a diverse, welcoming community with full and equal participation for all individuals and groups. Our goal for Middlebury is one of transformation, of becoming an anti-racist institution, so it is incumbent on all members of the Middlebury community to commit to the ongoing learning that is necessary to be agents of change who can engage effectively in anti-racist work.
